Excellent experience. I managed to limp there in my car with its failing clutch during the Xmas period and only called ahead an hour or so. Simon provided a courtesy car and and called me a few days later (sooner than expected) once he'd got it sorted. Price was competitive and Simon very kindly diagnosed what is causing my auto hold handbrake to fail at no additional cost. Thank you - we'll be back!
Can't Thank this place enough! Clutch went Tuesday ( towed back to salisbury by AA) Simon ( owner) was so kind to take it in at such short notice and have it ready for the road by the following day. So grateful. And he also gave me a free courtesy 🚗. Highly recommend 👌
Called SCC yesterday. A visitor had a strange "rattly" sound from their car. Asked if there was a free slot to have the car looked at. We were told to pop in about an hour and a half later. Duly arrived¡ it was put on the ramp and checked over. Nothing obvious found. We were told it would need a test drive to find the source of the problem. Twenty minutes later we wandered back. The problem had been solved (lack of oil!) With a wry smile we were told that we weren't the first and wouldn't be the last to fail on checking the oil level. Sorted. Will definitely be taking my other cars to SCC. Great, friendly service. Highly recommended. 🙂
